Returns & Refunds
Sorry that we do not accept return or refund. Should you feel unsatisfied with the phone case, do write us an email (remembertolive.us@gmail.com) or fill in the Contact form within 3 calendar days of order delivery. To be eligible for a special case return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packing. Please kindly also retain you proof of purchases, and kindly contact us via the contact section for detailed arrangements.

We offer worldwide express air shipping. The shipping charges vary, depending on the location of your destination. Local delivery in Hong Kong is free of charge as well as shipping for order over 500 HKD/ 65 USD . All orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering pending product availability and delivery verification. Once your order has shipped we estimate delivery within 2 business days for Hong Kong and 7 to 14 business days for other countries of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible.
